COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, our clinic will provide 75% online Tele-Psychiatry services, and 25% in-person visits. The flexibility of telemedicine has encouraged hundreds of patients during the pandemic and helped others with their busy schedules, difficult transport, and living in distant locations to improve their quality of life by seeking psychiatric help and recovery.
At the time of your appointment, you will receive a text message with the link to the website. As soon as you receive that link, click on it and it will open the page for the virtual face-to-face appointment. The link expires after 10 minutes so please click it right away. Follow the instructions the website provides, and the provider will start the video call with you. If you didn't receive a link, our provider will try to reach you using different software, or call you.
If you wish to come in person, please call and confirm your appointment modality. It is recommended for in-person patients to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and has their vaccination cards handy. Please wear your mask at all times, wash your hands and maintain 6 feet physical distance. If you have been sick with COVID, flu/sore throat/cough, or have been in direct contact with a sick household for the last 14 days, please stay at home and ask for a telemedicine appointment, so you can protect other patients and our clinic staff.
For new patient appointments, please complete the new patient packet here. Once received, our office staff will give you a call to set an appointment date. If you wish to complete the paperwork through a physical copy, please give us a call or send us an email and we will accommodate you. New patient visits are offered via telemedicine as well.
