Please be advised that if you are prescribed controlled substances from our clinic we might request urine toxicology screening on a random basis before refilling your medications. Urine screenings are available in the clinic on a walk-in basis Monday- Friday 9a-5p. Notre dame Behavioral Health Clinic reserves the right to perform random drug screening on any patient that is prescribed a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Examples include ADHD patients on Stimulants, Patients on sedatives as BZD or Patients with insomnia on BZD-like medications, Opioid maintenance program patients on Suboxone, and others. Drug screening is also required in other cases for diagnostic and evaluation purposes, as well as follow up. Instant results of urine samples sometimes requires to be sent to third party Lab for confirmation.
